What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

We provide mobile notary services to all major cities in North Carolina and the following areas:

High Point, Greensboro, Winston-salem, Jamestown, Oakridge, Thomasville, Trinity, Archdale, Walkertown, Colfax, Stokesdale, Clemmons, Lexington, etc.

What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Acceptable Forms of Identification are: Current State-issued driver's license, State-issued Identification card, United States passport, United States military card, Certificate of United States citizenship, Certificate of naturalization, Alien registration card (Green Card) with photograph, OR Unexpired foreign passport. N.B. All forms submitted must be ligible, all IDs must have a photo and a signature!

How soon can I book a signing?

If available, a notary service request can be booked the same day. However, 1-2 days is preferred.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in the Triad?

Yes. We are available every day from 8 am to 6 pm EST.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry E & O insurance for $1 million.

Does the buyer and seller need to be present to notarize a car title in NC?

Yes, both the buyer and seller must be present to notarize a car title in NC. This ensures that the signatures are authentic and that both parties agree to the transaction.
